If you purchased an Etsy item that is customizable with your own file/image, you've ended up in the right place.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

In order to apply your custom file/image to your item, it needs to be of a certain file type. Using the information below, you'll learn what file types are needed and what makes it different from others.

The format that is needed is called a Vector. File types that support Vectors are: .ai (Adobe Illustrator), .cdr (Corel Draw), .eps (Encapsulated PostScript File), and .pdf (Portable Document Format).

If you have one of these file types then fantastic! If not, there is no need to worry... Koerner Creations Vectorize an image of your choosing for a fee. The fee totals are below:

Invalid First Name | Please be sure not to leave this field blank and that it doesn't contain unrecognized characters.
Invalid Last Name | Be sure not to leave this field blank and that it only contains letters and accented characters.
Invalid Email Address | Be sure to input a valid email address and do not leave this field blank.
Invalid Phone Number | Do not leave this field blank.
Invalid Etsy Order ID | Be sure to only use the "#" and numbers. Also, do not leave this field blank.

Your Etsy Order ID can be located in your Etsy account under Purchases on a desktop or mobile device. Or within the confirmation email you received when placing your order.

Invalid Selection | Be sure to select an option.
Invalid Vectorization Fee | Make sure that you select a Vectorization option if you have selected "Raster Image" above.
Invalid File/Image Upload | Be sure to use the correct file format when uploading. You also cannot submit this form without uploading a file.

The following Vector file types are supported: .ai (Adobe Illustrator), .cdr (Corel Draw), .eps (Encapsulated PostScript File), and .pdf (Portable Document Format). If you have a Raster image and need it Vectorized, please select "Raster" from the above dropdown.

Invalid File/Image Upload | Be sure to use the correct file format when uploading. You also cannot submit this form without uploading a file.

The following Raster file types are supported: .jpg (Joint Photographic Experts Group), .png (Portable Network Graphics), .tiff (Taged Image File Format), .psd (Photoshop Document), .bmp (Bitmap Image File).
